What is Hypnotherapy and RTT ?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach, applied by a trained practitioner, who         makes use of hypnosis to identify and treat problems. So this seems to suggest that hypnotherapists cannot operate without using hypnosis but that hypnosis is a tool to be used by a range of professionals.
Hypnosis is a way of directly accessing the subconscious mind
so that clients can understand what is running their unwanted behaviours
and then become free of them, through a process of suggestion
that bypasses the conscious mind and the critical factor, allowing the mind
to accept a suggestion it would previously have not accepted.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (or RTT) is a hybrid therapy known for its efficiency in discovering the root of a client's issue and helping them let it go for good. Anxiety, stress, a lack of self-esteem and addiction are just a few of the many ailments RTT can help alleviate.

If you are looking for help and can't find it?
If you are going for conventional therapy, counselling, spending months, years and money trying to find the solution . But at the end of the day you are not where you want to be. I would recommend Hypnotherapy & Rapid Transformational Therapy. It's changed my life and the lives of hundreds and thousands of people just like you. I found that my clients are able to see the real results in as few as one to three sessions, after years of counselling that didn’t help them. There is a solution! We are here for you!

Why shouldn't we be afraid of hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind, an altered state of consciousness where your conscious mind drifts off and gives your subconscious mind control. In this condition, your subconscious mind is more receptive to suggestions, able to offer solutions and grasp the underlying causes of your problems. You always have control over the entire event, so if you are worried that you will become uncontrollable during the session, don't be. After all, hypnosis happens frequently in daily life—just consider the times you daydream while awake or lose yourself in a book or movie so much that you stop paying attention to your surroundings.

In the RTT session, I'll utilize the regression technique to transport you back to more of your past experiences. This will allow me to ascertain how, when, where, and why your current issue first surfaced. You'll have a better understanding of the problem's cause and motivation if you have some understanding of the aforementioned.

Together, you set out on a journey of understanding, reprogramming, and converting the aforementioned into new and stimulating beliefs, patterns, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors as you become aware of the underlying beliefs, patterns, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are impeding you. By working hard and achieving the desired outcomes and success in your life, we will bring to life the innate strength of your mind and body.

What to expect from RTT hypnotherapy and how does it operate?

With RTT hypnosis, you won't spend months or even years talking about your issues in-depth and exhaustively. RTT hypnotherapy is the best approach for you if you want to immediately get rid of what is bugging you. Positive suggestions are implanted in your mind throughout the sessions to assist you and the hypnotherapist in getting immediate and long-lasting effects.

You must be aware that whether a particular session is successful or not also depends on your active participation because you must really seek improvements and always adhere to the rules.

You receive a fresh, long-lasting understanding of your problem after the RTT session.
